Handmade in Healesville’s Sweet Mustard Pickles is the bomb, slightly sweet, and savory pickle that blends mustard with a mix of spices, vegetables are just perfectly soft but crunchy making it a versatile condiment. It pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes, from meats to sandwiches.

Classic Sandwich Spread:

Use as a spread for sandwiches, particularly with roast beef, ham, or grilled chicken. The mustardy sweetness balances savory meats perfectly.

Grilled Sausages or Burgers:

Add a dollop to grilled sausages or burgers for a sweet, tangy twist that enhances the savory flavors of the meat.

Sweet Mustard Pickles Deviled Eggs

6 hard-boiled eggs, halved

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp Jam Lady Jam Sweet Mustard Pickle

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Paprika for garnish

  • Remove the yolks from the egg halves and mash them with mayonnaise, Sweet Mustard Pickle, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

  • Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
