Peach Passionfruit
It all started when…
Yellowstone Peaches with their beautiful red blush, falling of the stone finished with a touch of Passionfruit for some sour texture – Summer in a jar.
Breakfast Topper:
Spoon over Greek yogurt, porridge, or chia pudding for a vibrant and fresh fruit twist.
Dessert Sauce:
Drizzle over vanilla ice cream, or pavlova if you’re brave and want to challenge your family’s traditional berries and mint crisp.
Peach Passionfruit Jam Glazed Chicken Wings
1/2 cup Jam Lady Jam Peach Passionfruit Jam
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp chilli flakes
12 chicken wings
In a small bowl, mix the Peach Passionfruit Jam, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and chili flakes.
Toss the chicken wings in the glaze, ensuring they are well coated.
Preheat the oven to 190°C and bake the wings on a lined tray for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve with a side of slaw or fries.
Peachy Passhie
2 tbsp Jam Lady Jam Peach Passionfruit Jam
60ml white rum
30 ml lime juice
Soda water
Ice
In a shaker, combine the Peach Passionfruit Jam, rum, lime juice, and ice. Shake well.
Pour into a glass over ice, top with soda water, and garnish with a lime wedge or mint.
