Cherry Chutney

It all started when…

Handmade in Healesville’s Cherry Chutney is a slightly sweet, but piquant condiment that combines the natural tartness of sour cherries with warm spices, making it a versatile pairing for both savory and sweet dishes.

Baked brie

French brie still in bark wrap, prick with a fork, top with Jam Lady Jam’s Cherry Chutney, pop into the oven for 5 -10 minutes. Serve as a dip with fresh sourdough

Serve with Game Meats:

Cherry chutney goes well with venison or wild boar, adding a fruity element that balances out the stronger flavors of game meats.

Glaze for Grilled Chicken or Pork:

Use the chutney as a glaze for grilled chicken thighs or pork chops. It caramelises beautifully and enhances the flavour with a sweet-tart finish.
