It all started when…

Burger or Sandwich Topper:

Spread on burgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, or paninis. It adds depth and a touch of sweetness to savory meats and melted cheese.

Tart Filling:

Use as a filling for savoury tarts or quiches. Pair with goat cheese or feta for a rich, flavourful filling.

Pizza or Flatbread:

Spread on a flatbread base, then top with prosciutto, rocket and Parmesan or anchovies, black olives and thyme.

Classic Steak Dianne Sauce:

When your steaks are resting use the same pan to make a classic steak Dianne sauce. Big knob of butter into the pan with some chopped garlic, sauté until garlic is softened. Splash some cognac and flambé. Add some Jam Lady Jam Sherry & Onion, Worcestershire and dijon mustard - mix together. Add a little cream, simmer until the sauce thickens. finish with some chopped parsley.
